PRODUCTS
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. For all other cases, returns are not allowed.
- Certain items are not eligible for returns:
- Perishable goods such as coffee once opened.
- Items explicitly marked as non-returnable or final sale.
SHIPPING
National Shipping (Costa Rica)
- Orders within Costa Rica are shipped via Correos de Costa Rica.
- Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address provided.
- Customers will receive a tracking number to monitor their package once it has been dispatched.
International Shipping
- HLC – Honey Land Company is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or events beyond our control.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect details.
PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
Accepted Payment Methods
- Payments on our website are accepted only via credit or debit cards, processed securely through our payment gateway Placetopay.
Purchase Conditions
- All transactions are in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Sales tax and delivery charges will be added to your order, where applicable.
- By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including all applicable taxes and fees.
Order Limitations
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This includes:
- Multiple orders from the same customer using identical billing or shipping details.
- Orders suspected of being placed for resale or distribution purposes.
- Pricing errors or omissions may be corrected, even after payment is processed.
