The farm was born from my father’s dream of owning a coffee plantation, with the vision of dividing it into different varieties so that I (Andres) could process some of the coffee as a specialty product. We were fortunate to find this opportunity in San Jeronimo de Tarrazu, on the slopes of Cerro Placas.

We have now owned the farm for 10 years, during which we have developed our quality standards, specializing in the production of Anaerobic and Infused coffees, ensuring both safety and excellence in coffee processing.
